No Internet connexion on Opera, Chrom, Firefox and other browsers,
If you tried lot of methods to solve this problem on windows
this method has solved the problem for me after many tries of different methods,
Maybe you have changed your DNS address, reset proxy settings clearing browser cash and Ipconfig reset commands.
If no one of those working for you, jus try to run CMD window as administrator and reset Winsock as shown bellow:
